The rooms were lovely and spacious, but being right next to the pool meant enduring wedding speeches over the PA and noisy drunk wedding guests until the early hours of the morning. The service, especially from Lidia, Adam, and Putu, was top-notch with their friendly and professional demeanor. The location was fantastic, surrounded by shops and restaurants, but the disappointment of having to pay upfront for the airport service was a downside. The dining experience was a mix; although the breakfast staff were attentive, the food options were not great. The facilities were decent overall, despite occasional issues like the lack of towels at the pool area.
