The hotel is located in an ideal spot with plenty of dining options around. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and serviced daily by a welcoming and attentive staff. The dining experience offers a nice mix of Western and local cuisine, although it could use some variety. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay overall.
Our stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were lovely and spacious, but being right next to the pool meant enduring wedding speeches over the PA and noisy drunk wedding guests until the early hours of the morning. The service, especially from Lidia, Adam, and Putu, was top-notch with their friendly and professional demeanor. The location was fantastic, surrounded by shops and restaurants, but the disappointment of having to pay upfront for the airport service was a downside. The dining experience was a mix; although the breakfast staff were attentive, the food options were not great. The facilities were decent overall, despite occasional issues like the lack of towels at the pool area.

The hotel offers clean and very nice rooms with a gorgeous pool. While the rooms felt a little dated and cleanliness could be improved, the small size was noticeable. The friendly service staff go above and beyond with prompt transfers and 2 daily room cleanings. The location, right on a lovely beach, is beautiful but could use more towels at the pool. Dining options were average with limited choices, especially for vegetarians. Overall, the facilities are adequate but could use some updates.
